# What's the best way to use digital reviews, and what limitations should I expect?

As an organisation I want to use digital reviews more effectively, but find the functionality can be difficult to navigate. Do you have a QRG/training file that may support my team?

Thank you for asking about training materials related to digital reviews and I am sorry to hear you are finding the functionality difficult to navigate at times. We do have training materials available in our help center. Your Customer Success Manager will be reaching out to you to provide links to the documentation. We can also set up a training session as well if that would be of interest to your team.
