Sometimes Meets will be difficult because of bandwidth/connectivity issues. What ways do you recommend we address this in the midst of the meeting to prevent participant dropping and information loss?

Always be ready to identify and deal with your network performance before its impact. Quality of service and packet shaping, traffic might be guaranteed at least 50 percent of the available bandwidth, you can always have bandwidth limitation. Compression and caching of file or its transfer can benefit from relatively slow but thorough compression, while packets for a transaction prone application should be handled as fast as possible. Out-of-band management uses separate, secure communications paths into the production infrastructure to minimize downtime.
