# What's the #1 friction point in your loyalty program's redemption experience?

We work with B2B loyalty programs across banking, travel, and retail, and one theme keeps coming up: acquisition and enrollment are usually well-optimized, but redemption is where programs lose members. Long fulfillment times, unclear point values, and clunky reward catalogs quietly kill engagement even when signup numbers look great.
Curious how others here are tackling this:

Are you seeing redemption drop-off as a bigger issue than enrollment?
What's worked to speed up fulfillment or simplify the reward catalog?
Has anyone successfully redesigned their points-to-value messaging and seen retention improve?
