Google Forms is great for volume (free and simple), but it’s a "dead-end" for data. Zoho wins by making data alive. While Google just collects names in a spreadsheet, Zoho triggers a support ticket, updates a lead score, and generates a pivot table automatically.

Best collaboration tool so far

It is very easy to use and has got a variety of features. It's integration with other tools like Zoho CRM , Google Calendar etc.. makes it more better. It also has feature to provide customization according to the users and the advance search feature is very effective and easy for day-to-day tasks.
