In addition to having Quality Gates with some pre-set default rules, we can also add our own rules. Additionally, the percentage for passing the quality can be adjusted to reflect the desired degree of quality. The peer review and code review processes are simplified.

It has Quality gates with some default rules set and on top of that we can create our own rules. Also we can set the percentage for passing the quality to include level of quality expected. Peer Review process/ Code Review process becomes easy.
