# What problems do you solve using Zoom? Are there any improvements they could make?

I'm trying to understand all the benefits from using Zoom. There may be some I haven't thought of or encountered. The org I use it for is pretty small, but we are getting bigger. I want to undertand if it there are potential problems when we scale.

I solved the problem of the geographical distance between me and my brother residing in the Netherlands, as I can communicate with him daily via Zoom, unlike what I was before.
