# How does ConnectAndSell work?

ConnectAndSell is a combination of two things:
 
1) Technology
This technology component enables a call/conversation to be “hot transferred” from point A to point B in milliseconds. 

2) Human Elbow Grease
The human element comes in the form of highly trained agents who navigate phone trees, gatekeepers, and dial-by-name directories and/or executive assistants. Our agents do not engage with your intended targets: instead they are carefully listening for your targets to pick up and identify themselves. 
 
Our speed comes from a delicate balance of the technology, quality agents, and our parallel dialing platform — all working in unison. 
 
The product is back-ended by a parallel dialing platform that manages agent assignments and the millions of simultaneous dial attempts. At any given time, there could be 3, 5, or 7 separate attempts being navigated simultaneously by our agents. Using ConnectAndSell will translate into more intended target conversations in a compressed period of time.
 
Here’s how it works:
 
1) Your rep logs into our web interface.

2) Your rep loads a list and then hits the GO button.

3) Our parallel-dialing engine commences dialing.

4) Our agents commence navigation.

5) Our agents handle the admin, dial-by-name, and IVR navigation.

6) Once an attempt reaches an intended target live, we initiate the hot transfer.

7) Your rep is now live in their conversation.

8) Your rep documents their conversation outcome.

9) Rinse and repeat.
