# what other factors affects the best experience using the app?

I observed, during our games using kahoot... my answer did not showed up  in the screen on time even though I know that Im the first to  submit the answer. The one who is near the internet router appears on the screen first... Is it true that the one near the connection always win ...

I’m a research analyst at G2 for the education industry. Thanks for your question. Without knowing more about your specific device configuration, it’s hard to know exactly why you’re having that issue. Assuming you are in the same room as the other player and connected to the same router, distance from the router shouldn't be causing a delay. You might try some of the troubleshooting steps that Kahoot! recommends for users who are connectivity issues to verify that your device has a stable connection to the game.
