instead of 1 "catch all" Karma "bucket" implement "specific" buckets - i.e. @tester +++ for finding bug <bugtrack id>
@dev +++ for fixing bug <bugtrack id>
@tester +++ for automating testing of feature <story id> 
with this we could encourage / track team members for specific goals (finding / fixing bugs, automating testing)  I would like to see it integrate with Confluence/Jira at some point, as long as there is some sort of ID associated with each, it's a good start.
