What kind of employee training does Paycom provide and what’s the implementation process?

Paycom provides on-site and on-demand training for you, your managers and your employees during and after implementation.

Also, our implementation process is designed to be as painless as possible. Our expert implementation team visits your location to gather your data and transfer it into the Paycom system. They remain on-site to train you and your staff, and ensure your first payroll is processed smoothly. If you have questions or concerns after implementation, you can contact your designated specialist, who is your ongoing point of contact.
