Every FMX customer gets a named Customer Success Manager from day one, with direct access to US-based support staff for as long as you are a customer.
Live support: Phone and email support staffed by US-based product specialists with a 2-hour or less response time.
Self-service resources: Help center, video library, and configuration guides available any time so your team can find answers without waiting on a ticket.
Quarterly business reviews: Your CSM meets with you regularly to review adoption, surface new feature opportunities, and track ROI against your original goals.
Ongoing configuration: Workflows, forms, and reports can be updated at any time as your team's needs change.
FMX holds a 98% customer satisfaction rating and 97% renewal rate, numbers that reflect what happens when support is treated as part of the product, not an afterthought.
