PestPac is field service management software purpose-built for the pest control industry. Rather than a general scheduling tool adapted from other trades, it's designed around how pest control companies actually operate, from single-location owner-operators to national enterprises.
In practice, that means PestPac handles the full operational workflow: customer and account management, scheduling and route optimization, a fully offline-capable technician mobile app, billing and integrated payments, and customer communications. It also goes deep on the parts that are specific to pest control, like WDO/WDI termite inspection and reporting, chemical tracking with EPA registration numbers and application details, IPM workflows, multi-unit building management for commercial properties, and state-specific regulatory compliance reporting.
The common thread is consolidation. Companies typically adopt PestPac to run residential and commercial service, office operations, field work, and compliance documentation in one system rather than stitching together separate tools. More than 65 of PCT Magazine's Top 100 pest control companies use it.
