Workvivo HQ Agent is an agentic AI layer built on Zoom's AI technology — the same that powers ZoomMate; designed to help employees find answers, understand information, and complete tasks across connected enterprise systems without leaving Workvivo. It combines intelligent content retrieval with agentic search, AI-summarised answers, and Smart Summaries surfaced at the top of search results, supported by 10 retrieval connectors and 13 task execution apps at launch — including Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Confluence, and Google Drive.

Beyond search, HQ Agent can take real actions on behalf of employees in connected third-party systems; such as raising an IT ticket in ServiceNow, booking time off in Workday, or submitting an expense,  chaining multi-step tasks from a single natural-language prompt. It is built for frontline workers, IT and Digital Workplace leaders, and HR and Operations teams, with enterprise-grade governance including role-based access controls, a content opt-in indexing model, an admin kill switch, and AI Usage Analytics — all underpinned by Zoom's federated AI framework with zero-data-retention agreements for external models.
