When I Work is used for companies to easily manage schedules for employees. This is an application that provides real-time updates via email, text, and push notifications on mobile devices that give employees and managers immediate updates on their schedules, time off requests, shift swaps, and more.

Employees can easily swap shifts, or request time off using the app on their phone, which makes it a lot easier for everyone to know their schedules and stay updated in a complex environment.
