Track insurance exposure data by the Risk Management Department for insurance renewal purposes.  Have also used in the past to track claims data, and insurance details for service contracts.

We use it to allow our members to view their claim history, to report claims, and to request Evidence of Coverage documents they give to others.  We have plans to use it more extensively.
