# What is Tyk used for?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">My company implemented Tyk a few months ago. We’re fully caught up on the basic use cases, but I’m hoping to get a better understanding of how others are utilising it and what we might be missing.</p>
