It’s a point-of-sale (POS) system specifically designed for the restaurant industry, and it really helped streamline everything—from taking orders to managing inventory and even handling reservations. The whole setup is super intuitive, and because it’s on an iPad, it made it easy for my staff to move around and take orders directly at the table, cutting down on mistakes.

One of my favorite features was how it integrated the back-of-house operations with the front-of-house. It kept my kitchen running smoothly by sending orders straight from the server to the kitchen display, which saved so much time. Plus, I could track sales, see which menu items were top performers, and manage the entire business without even being on-site. Honestly, TouchBistro just made everything more efficient and allowed me to focus on what really mattered—creating a great experience for my customers.
