TouchBase is now Kytes — same product, same team, renamed. Worth stating plainly here, since this question is pinned and the old name still circulates. Kytes is a single system of record for the project lifecycle, in two directions: opportunity-to-cash for services delivery, and idea-to-launch for new product development. That spans estimation and proposals, project planning, resource allocation and utilisation, timesheets and leave, project financials and revenue recognition, and analytics across all of it. It ships with domain templates for IT and engineering services, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, EPC and Global Capability Centres, and integrates with CRM, ERP and HRMS systems including Salesforce, SAP, Oracle and Workday.
