Thinkific Plus is the enterprise tier of Thinkific, built for organizations delivering learning to external audiences at scale - customers, partners, and resellers.

Roughly half our Plus customers use it for customer education: onboarding, product certification, partner enablement, programs where the goal is adoption and retention rather than revenue. The other half are generating revenue from their training - selling certifications, running paid academies, selling seats to corporate buyers. Plus supports both on the same platform, and a lot of customers end up doing both at once, with free onboarding content alongside paid advanced programs.

That flexibility is the main thing that separates Plus from a traditional enterprise learning platform. Most are built for internal employee training, so there's no storefront. If you later decide to charge for something, you're integrating a separate payments stack. With Plus, commerce is native, so the decision to monetize is a switch you flip rather than a project.

Beyond that, the pieces that matter most to enterprise buyers:

Multi-tenant Environments: run multiple independent sites under one plan, each with its own domain, branding, logins, and data. Useful for client-specific B2B branding, separating employee training from customer education, or multi-language deployments

Full white-label branding: fully white-labeled sites with Thinkific branding removed, plus a branded native mobile app for iOS and Android

Native CRM integrations: Salesforce and HubSpot, so learner activity flows into your sales and marketing systems, alongside SSO, SCORM support, and SOC 2 Type II compliance

Thinker, our AI Teaching Assistant: answers learner questions using only your own content, no manual training required

A dedicated success team: a launch specialist and 1:1 onboarding through go-live, then an assigned customer success team. Median time to launch is 64 days

Pricing is flat-rate with no per-learner or setup fees, which tends to matter if your learner base is large or unpredictable.

Chargebee, Hootsuite, and IntelyCare are all running programs like this. Happy to go deeper if you have a specific use case in mind.
