# What is the process for recommending changes to the existing CR interface?

For example; WHat would it take for Chrome River to allow for more than one Approval Delegate, and can this be a feature that Administrators can "turn on or off"?

Currently changes that are not beneficial to the global process would not be considered - however - if you can provide a reason why you believe it would be beneficial for all CR users, you can request through the HelpDesk ticketing system (Sales Force).
