Bandwidth consumption between Hitachi ID Identity Manager and target systems comes in two forms. Run-time updates, are relatively small – for example, login as administrator A and reset user U’s password to new value P. This is typically on the order of one or a few seconds per transaction. Periodic auto-discovery traffic, which consists of an extract of all login IDs, key attributes and group memberships from each target system. This is usually on the order of several minutes per target system. For example, extracting data from a global Active Directory environment with 55,000 users takes about 10 minutes and several tens of megabytes. Read more here: https://hitachi-id.com
