Besonders in Unternehmen wird Outlook häufig zusammen mit Microsoft 365 genutzt, um die Zusammenarbeit und Terminplanung zu erleichtern.

Outlook allows users to send and receive emails, organize appointments and calendars, store contacts, and manage tasks and reminders. It is also used to schedule meetings and send invitations.
