# What is the easiest way to contact PayPal? How do I ensure they respond to my concerns asap?

They once held money on the account for 24 hours and we could reach support immediately. We sent messages through the message center but eventually we had to wait for 24hours because we only received automated responses highlighting the issues that most people have. when we called, they kept us waiting on the line for too long.

I would call them directly so that you get an answer immediately and your security is not available to be hacked
