Digital Adoption is the process by which users learn to leverage new or existing technology to its fullest potential and derive maximum value from a digital process or solution.
It starts with the Discovery phase, identify required results and convert to user actions.
Then, activate Product Analytics, track as-is and establish a baseline. 
Use the data to defined scope and build the right DAP solutions.
Establish KPIs and create a way to measure value in business terms.
Last part of the process is value realization: Monitor the DAP product analytics, Monitor DAP usage analytics,  Collect user feedback, Validate results with Finance

DA is a repeatable, measurable process.
