Hello,

If you are an Agency (Staffing Agency, Recruitment Agency, Recruitment Consultant or similar) that recruits candidates for other clients and companies, You can choose the Staffing Agency version. 

Staffing Agency version would have the option to manage your Clients (Companies), Contacts (Point of contact for those companies), Create a portal for the clients to manage their own data and be able to recruit candidates for those Clients.

If you hire candidates for your own company as an Internal or Corporate HR - You can choose the Internal HR version. 

In the Internal version, You would be able to manage your Departments, Hiring Managers, Recruit candidates through Employee Referrals, Create Vendor portals and more.
