Guest version doesn't limit me to time of 45 mins per session. It's free to use.

You can read my review about it, but basically for me the core thing is the open source nature of Jitsi and it being free (but for administration/service contracts if you need that), and the issue of control by Big VideoConference. Both favour Jitsi.

There are the standard issues around open source and how the community is required to keep it going and developing and the lack of direct control over that. But what I think in practice matters is that Jitsi is just not well known enough, and so it has struggled to root itself in the videoconferencing world as Skype (once) and Zoom (now) have.
