TeamCity offers a more out-of-the-box, user-friendly experience. It provides a visual and intuitive interface for configuring builds, making it easier for both novice and experienced users. Jenkins, on the other hand, needs more manual configuration and plugins, making it harder to manage and support in more advanced and complex settings. By contrast, TeamCity requires far less maintenance and external plugin management because all of its functionality is available natively. Other key differentiators include intelligent build features, comprehensive reporting, and built-in pipeline optimization mechanisms, which save build time and resources.
