# What is the best way to visualise complicated systems where multiple users are involved?

I am currently attempting to improve my boards within Monday.com, there are a lot of tasks that get lost or never heard of again. I am having trouble on Monday, being able to see things where it was forgotten long after the due date.

Hi Kevin!

In order to make sure tasks assigned to different team members aren't lost on the way, make sure to use the My week feature which will show all tasks due that week/next or last week. You can follow other team members to make sure you're on top of their workloads as well.
Then, you can select the option to show only tasks that have Deadline mode set- which will show you all overdue tasks!
Another option to see all tasks not yet done, is to use the Search everything function. By searching a user's name, you'll get a list of ALL tasks assigned to him/her, and the status of the task.
Feel free to send in an email to support@monday.com if you have any questions about this:)
