You can use the desktop version of PDF-XChange Editor or portable (on your USB stick). 
As PDF-XChange Editor has more than 300 features, you can use it to perform a huge range of operations on PDF documents from creating the document (and fillable forms) from different sources, manipulating/annotating/secure documents, editing the content, etc.

We are expecting the new version of PDF-XChange Editor V10 this month with a lot of new features/changes (current version is V9)
