Definitely, from a smart phone, because it is much easier to use it from anywhere, at any time, in any circumstance.

Open the app then Search options appear at the top of the app, then type the name of the location you want to go to, then the App finds the location and then the location you want appears with the optional key option.  Turns out to enter first and last points when you click directions.  After entering the start and end points, the app analyzes and analyzes traffic flow analysis without traffic congestion and short traffic.  Finally, you can travel by car, bicycle, bus or foot.

This works directly through your google account. I use this app EVERY DAY! This is one App I ensure all my family and friends have/ know how to use/ and use on a regular basis. We can keep location with each other through share, or keep everything private! The best way to use it is to navigate through the app while using it if possible. If you are a passenger one day pull it up and put the destination in so you can see the benefits this app can allow a user. You can see ahead for crashes/abanded cars/heavy traffic/speed traps. These are a few of the options available that people can report in real time to allow you to be aware of while on your destination. It is only a benefit to all that use it to be sure to report things on the app. I hope you enjoy your app!
