# WHat is the best way to select an unusual job description; "Yacht varnish finisher" ?

Like the example listed above, we run into unusual positions in boating along the Maine coast.  we make the best selections we can.  It seems to work.

We matched most of our uncommon positions with the closest we could find based on keyword searches of the job duties.  But there were a couple (less than 1% of all of our jobs) that simply couldn't be matched.
