# What is the best way to keep record of clients that haven't rebooked with us or we haven't booked them in a while.

Hi Sharon! This can be done by having an admin filter and export the client list. 

You can use the filter on the Clients page to create a list of clients who have no future appointment, had their last appointment during a set time period, etc. After you’ve filtered for this information you can export this list.
