# What is the best way to integrate with Freshdesk? Alert via text message or push?

Right now we get tickets for up and down alerts. It would be great if up alerts would close the respective down alert tickets.
Is there anyway to implement that?

We would also like to have a possibility to have down alerts send by text message or push message to the admin phones.

Auto Closing of Down Alerts - We do not have this feature available as of today but we are working on it, we will keep you posted 

Text Alert - Presently we don't have native SMS integration features available, you can use Twilio Integration or any other third-party providers via Zapier Integration to receive text messages alert to mobile phones.
