# What is the best way to flexibly schedule an event?

I am planning to host events that do not have a set time frame. I am running weather tours where the forecast is not available until one week away. I would like to have people book tickets knowing that the time frame is flexible, and then use event updates to inform people as the date gets closer. How should I go about this the best way?
