# What is the best way to fight for a refund?

The sales rep describes the client work as quick and easy, yet for clients to complete their tasks, one has to use much of their time, something most Realtors do not have!

Yes, the sales rep was deceiving with me in regards to what would be involved in addition to the money back guarantee - it's not east - as a matter of fact a busy and successful Realtor has no time for such nonsense. It's an obvious elusion to ParkBench. Or is it? Their guarantee is somewhat reliant on you not being able to do it. Like the Gym - we don't care if you come - we have your money. They don't care - or they would make it right - if one of my agent made a 4000.00 error than we would be writing a 4000.00 check - and we would state - I am sorry but if you would have understood better this would be a problem now would it?
