# "What is the best way to create a zoom meeting ?"  "How do I access zoom ?"

The host has to create their meeting by themself, and after that, they have to share the link of the meeting or the username and the passcode of the meeting to the other people. From an NPS device: Access Zoom from the ZEn windows before taking the device home; click on the Zoom icon, and it will launch.
