Zoom isn't tricky to use at all, but are there any more ways of acheiving complete perfectness in our meetings?

First you need to establish what the goal of Zoom will be.
Next you establish a Policy of what will be used for IM, chat, and Video Conference collaboration
Next have the team attend training sessions
Show how simple and productive Zoom is.
Use it!

Zoom has a better user friendly interface, on downloading the Zoom just explore various options available in the platform which will render you the good way to use with full potential. You no need any programming skills.

As with any software, take the time to research and learn about its capabilities and limitations.

It always helps to know what your needs are. I like to list features as "must haves" and "nice to haves". That way I don't get as distracted with shiny features that don't really add any value for my use.

However, when learning a new software, I often find that some capabilities give me ideas of needs I didn't yet realize I had or other things I could improve a little but wasn't looking for.

So, to sum it up...
1) identify what your needs are (why are you looking for this kind of software?)
2) delve into tutorials and learn about the features to see how you can maximize it for your unique needs.

One thing that I think people often overlook is taking the time to fully setup a software properly.
I have made it a habit to immediately add avatar/profile images, input company info, etc. Basically, enter info wherever you can. Usually, this results in a more professional look and (in some cases) ease-of-use down the road.

I use it because I normally end up sharing screens with a client, and Zoom makes it so easy. A simple click and it's done - no looking for controls etc it's all there in front of you. So for me that's a huge benefit.
