# What is the best way to be able to edit my name?

I currently have my middle name as my first name. It is not capitalized either and I don't like the way it looks on my profile.  Also it is really hard for people to find me. What's the best way to fix this?

Hi Judy! The best way to do that is to ask your Kudos system admin in your organization to do this since your name is often entered from the HR system that your company uses. We also have a feature that allows you to specify a preferred name which is also searchable in Kudos. Your system admin needs to do this as well.
