# What is the best way of giving task on trello?

I use 'given when then' method with examples and screen shots of design attached but feels like not enough.

If you have a card open, you will see the option to "Add to Card" on the right. From here you can add members who will get a notification that they've been added to the card. You can also write a comment and tag them in that comment for further instruction using the @ symbol.

Customized labels can also be utilized for further identifying projects.

Hi,

To easily add a member into a card, juts one this one and clic on the button "+" and then add the person that you would like to assign to your created card. You can also tag a person using @ symbol in the comment area and they will have an email notification about this actions.
