It really depends on what your needs are and what sort of industry you wish to use the time tracker in. 

For small and medium business who need a simple tracker and a low cost to ensure all the working hours are spent on the work, and their teams are performing with high productivity, Traqq is the easiest choice with simple UI and light application.

For freelancers who need an automatic timetracker, Timely is very convenient. 

For industries with 5000+ eployees, Ceredian or Monday are most frequently recommended with their sophisticated HRMS tools.
