Technical support at Submittable is friendly and fast, and is often a top reason customers cite for loving the platform. On average in 2026, over 80 percent of support tickets were resolved on the first response, and average resolution time was under two hours. Submittable also offers a robust Help Center with many videos. Beyond technical support, Submittable customers have a team supporting them which includes a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialist, as well as in some circumstances, Project Management.
