TaskRay is used for managing Projects and the Tasks within them on the Salesforce Platform. It allows Projects to be broken into Task Groups, Tasks, and Checklists, so you can segment the work in meaningful ways. It&#39;s also heavily configurable so you can make the terminology match your process (Onboarding vs. Implementation, etc.). It lets you leverage Salesforce Flow for automation and offers a way to expose the Project progress to external stakeholders (like a client who doesn&#39;t have a login to your Salesforce system).
