This process simply helps prepare end-users with tips and information that will make them more aware of the various security risk available in their normal daily computer use. The training explores various methods used in tricking the average user into allowing malicious opportunities to gain access to critical information on their company network. The training has made our users more aware of   the identity of emails sent to them and the information they click on in their daily emails.
