We’re using Sanity as our CMS for our international corporate website and sub-sites in several languages, and might also consider using it for our intranet.

Anything that requires structured content. That could be something from a blog to an e-commerce application running both web and mobile. At the end of the day Sanity is nothing more than a data lake that has an amazing GROQ syntax for querying.

GROQ (Graph-Relational Object Queries) is a declarative language designed to query collections of largely schema-less JSON documents. Its primary design goals are expressive filtering, joining of several documents into a single response, and shaping the response to fit the client application.
