Salesforce is a digital tool used to organize and plan tactics for contacting leads. It allows you to automate various actions, sending emails, reminders, etc.
It also allows third parties to access the personal calendar in order to reserve some time for meetings or projects.
It synchronizes with most CRMs and is very easy to use.
