I use the Rocket Terminal Emulator to access Unix or Linux servers.  The other features is the FTP function that can be used to send or pull files on the servers.

It allows our users to connect to our applications servers via 'green' screens. Allows users to create their own macros to avoid repeatable key strokes. Allows users to upload/download files via sftp to the servers. Allows users to scroll back, so they can see what the application displayed (comes in handy sometimes, when the screen refreshes and users can't see what occurred - good for debugging issues)

Customize display screen colors, fonts etc. (I use this feature to display different background colors for production, non-production servers)
