Put simply, RFM Calc allows you to create highly detailed and advanced ecommerce reports for any ecommerce site. Everyone who owns/runs an ecommerce site can easily look at sales, visitor numbers, conversion rate, average order value etc, this data is readily available. However for metrics like New vs Returning Customers, Customer Lifetime Revenue, Average Time Between Orders, RFM Segmentation and more, very few (if any) of the most popular ecommerce platforms actually provide this information put of the box. That's where RFM Calc can help!
