I think a better question would be- what is QuestionPro NOT used for?  The answer - not much!  I use QuestionPro for all types of things: event registrations; internal surveys; external surveys; pre & post event surveys; forms and applications.  The platform's export feature is great to format the results in Excel, Word, PDF, and even PowerPoint!  The built in charts are fantastic.  The no-cost version is so functional.  The upgrade provides capability to request attachments and to modify the name of the survey link, plus many many other functions.
