Firstly python is just a way to get machine learning things get done not inter related to machine learning. But using python in machine learning will help developers to achieve goal in an easy manner because of thousands of libraries and community help offcourse you can get solution in stackoverflow for your questions. By writing few very few lines of code developer can get the whole summary of a dataset. And learning Ml with python is very easy. It lets the user to concentrate on ml concepts rather than wasting time in writing code :)
