PTC Creo is CAD software, being used by industries for design and development of different range of products. you can do lot of things with PTC Creo. Its one of my favorite CAD tool.

PTC Windchill is Product Lifecycle management software, Basically used to track documents, product lifecycle right from conception stage till release to manufacturing and even after that this can used for continuous product development.

there are so many PTC products, please check G2 or PTC website for more info
